I really love this product! Being a teenager, over the past few years I have had an over-oily face and painful blemishes. After one use my face felt clean and fresh, and my face stayed pretty much oil-free throughout the whole day. I noticed after a few days that it had began to dry out my face a bit, so I just use a lightweight moisturizer afterwards, and all is well. After 3 days my acne has reduced remarkably! I can't wait to see my face in two weeks :)

I think that this is the best product out there for acne. Since I've been using this, I haven't been suffering from acne. Also, I use to have oily skin, and this product helped to reduce that also. Sometimes it does create a dry look on my face, but I would prefer to have that then to have an oily look.

I recommend this product. The only thing about it is that it over dries your face, but I have found that if you use Neutrogena blackhead eliminating daily scrub along with this oil-free acne wash, it keeps your face from drying out. This product worked wonders on my face!

I am 9 weeks pregnant and the pregnancy magazine said to use this for acne. It burned my face and left it sore. I would not reccomend this product to anyone. It's more of a pain than it is help.

I used to have very oily skin, prone to acne breakouts. I used Neutrogena Oil Free wash for about 2 years. The results were gradual, it did help control the breakouts, but didn't completely eliminate the pimples. After using the product on a daily basis for so long, my skin started to really dry out. I ended up having extremely dry, flaky, red patches of skin and am currently using a more gentle cleanser, Dove Sensitive Skin Foaming Facial Cleanser. I recommend using Neutrogena Oil Free Wash only if you have very oily skin, but definitely use a moisturizer too, to prevent drying out.

Wow, I have to say this is the worse facial cleanser I have ever used. It makes my face literally peel, and no moisturizer will help my face regain moisture. It made me breakout the first 2 weeks of using it, and honestly, for some strange reason it's waaay too thin and watery, and manages to get up my nose, which burns. Horrible product.

This product is truly really sad. I mean, I like some products that Neutrogena has...But this cleanser is very dry and after I use it, I have bad breakouts on my face. It's too dry, I had to end it up using it as a shower gel. Evem then, it was still too dry for my body skin to handle it. I finally had to give it away to one of my friends. However, it seems to work on her skin, not mine.

I would recommend this product for people with very oily skin. Mine is very oily -- and can take some really heavy-duty acne treatments without any redness or dryness. That said, this stuff is a nice, oil-free, simple cleanser that does help to suppress or reduce mild acne. I use it twice a day every day, and have never had any problems. I've never had problems washing it off -- but I use a washcloth, so perhaps this helps.

This is the only over-the-counter acne face wash that keeps my skin from breaking out, and it controls the acne. I really like it. However, it is VERY DRYING!!! But my moisturizer fixes that.
