Ionic and Tourmaline Technology
The crushed tourmaline infused in the iron generates negatively charged ions that attach themselves to the positively charged wet hair.  This action reduces the size of the water droplets in hair making it into micro-fine particles.  The micro-fine particles easily penetrate hair restoring its natural moisture level without the humidity that causes frizz.  The ions also help to seal the hair's cuticle making it shiny and smooth.
