I love this sunscreen. It doesn't clog my pores, it doesn't smell, works great, and is natural. I did a yard sale last week at my house and I was in the sun all day. I forgot to reapply, but thankfully, at the end of the day I wasn't burned! I have extremely fair skin and was outside for 6 hours. I was so thankful for how well this sunscreen works. The only problem I have with sunscreens that have zinc oxide in them is that right when you put them on you have a slightly white glow to your skin until it soaks in. It's worth it though to keep harmful chemicals off your skin. This stuff really works!

I have found a sunscreen for life. It never gets into my eyes when I sweat, so there's never been burning or stinging when I exercise. It's a safe product with safe ingredients. It doesn't aggravate sensitive skin or cause breakouts. It is kind of hard to rub it in, but if you dab it on and rub gently, no problem -- and it doesn't leave a greasy feeling. I love it.

As noted by others, it seems a little pricey but what isn't noted is how little is needed to be effective. If there is difficulty in getting it to rub in, you are using too much. It takes only a tiny bit to easily spread it on and gain complete coverage. I am ultra-fair and burn in an instant due to some medication I take, as well. However, I was out all day in full sun at the ocean and did not burn at all. It will last a long time and ultimately be a bargain if you remember less is more. After years of trying to find a really good sunscreen, this is it!

My son has very sensitive skin and gets rashes after using most sunblocks except for Vanicream. Its not the most convenient as it doesn't come in spray on and is not the easiest to rub in but it truly is a keeper as its so gentle yet very effective.

I've been using this daily for years. There is a white residue but I like it because it helps to hide dark circles and other facial defects. Zinc oxide is known to calm skin which is important to me because my skin has a lot of issues.Also all major known irritants have been eliminated from this product. I do use mineral makeup over it when I go out somewhere because there is a sheen left on your skin. I find it hydrating also.

After trying DOZENS of sunscreens, Vanicream was the only one that didn't cause my daughter to break out in a rash. It takes a little longer to rub in than other products, but it is a small price to pay for non-irritating sun protection. This is the only sunscreen our whole family uses now.

The best thing about Vanicream products is what they don't contain. They don't contain all the chemicals and perfumes that other products contain, and are therefore great for very sensitive skin.
