I'm confused by previous reviews that say this product stays greasy after application. What I find is, it is greasy and heavy-feeling at first, and tough to rub in. But after a minute or two, it takes on this amazing dry, silky finish. I've never tried anything like it. So if you can get past the semi-challenging application (using a bit of moisturizer first helps me somewhat), the final result is worth it. I am fair-complected and use this only on my face, which tends to be pretty dry. Not sure how it would be on more oily skin.

I bought this for my extremely sensitive skin, hoping to wear it daily in place of my regular moisturizer. Wonderful protection, easy application (doesn't stay white), LOVE that it has NO SMELL, but the major drawback for me is that it does stay greasy (all day). If I touched my face, my hand was greasy, even after several hours. I tried to brush on a little powder over this (an hour after I applied it), and it looked like a terrible baking accident. So though I don't recommend it as a daily moisturizer, it's a fantastic product when my kids & I plan to spend a day outdoors, sans makeup.

This is the only sunscreen I have used that does not sting or irritate my eyes - I use it everyday over my moisturizer - seems to make my skin softer, it's very rich!

It is perfect. I seems that it blocks the sunshine effectively, it is waterproof, it does not make my face white after putting on it, it will be really good for any sensitive skin. One thing is it is richer than my expectation, so after putting on it, I felt it is really greasy. However, after passing 5 to 10mins, it is absorbed perfectly into the skin, and I feel smooth.

I use sunscreen everyday and have sensitive skin.I have used another product with same 2 ingredients for years that is more expensive and which does go on smoother that Vanicream However Vanicream gives the same protection,no skin breakouts.

My five-year-old redheaded, fair-skinned daughter has tried every over-the-counter sunscreen made (including the more expensive brands that are for the most sensitive skin) and she is allergic to every one of them. Our pediatric dermatologist recommended Vanicream and we, too, were hesitant at first. This is the only sunscreen that keeps her from burning and hiving. Now she can play outside for a while during the summer. We have taken her to Busch Gardens, a water park and to BBQs. No burning and it neither sweats off nor swims off. (Although we do reapply every few hours and after swimming.) I can't say enough about how this product has enhanced my daughters quality of life. It may be more expensive than other brands, but you get what you pay for ;)

I use this daily on my super-sensitive, super-white skin and I love it. When it sweats into my eyes, it does not burn. It offers great protection. I am the sunscreen queen and have tested everyone known to man. This has NO smell whatsoever and spreads nicely. I HIGHLY recommend it.
