I use a few tiny dabs of this to control flyaways on my very straight hair. It smooths the hair and provides definition without making it look greasy or dull. I haven't really noticed the smell, and I'm usually fairly sensitive to odors. I apply it when my hair is dry and styled. It's great for giving bangs a slightly piece-y look (but not spike-y), and for making ends look smooth. I'm wary of smoothing products because my hair is straight and rather fine, but this product works well, as long as you use just a few dabs.

I have used the regular DIrt product but the silky is more manageable and now part of my daily hair product. I use it after blow drying and use of straight iron. Nothing like it! Use it on the ends to keep you hair looking great all day. Not greasy at all and smell wonderful.

I love this product. It gives my wavy hair a nice sheen and I like what it does for my curls, gives them some definition instead of just looking frizzy. It is pretty pricey but you really need a teeny tiny amount, use sparingly.

Be sure you use just the right amount of product in your hair which for me is just a little because I have short, fine hair. It can add weight to your hair if you over do it. I love this product for the way it adds shine and controls the frizzies. Also, it contains natural ingredients and no animal products. I don't mind the scent of the product although I understand why some people may think it is too strong. Give it a try. The price isn't bad at all. Thanks Jonathan.

a little goes a long way. It's a bit pricey, but you don't need to use much so it will last. I put dab in my palm, rub my hands together and run my fingers through my hair to tame the frizzies and add shine. As long as I don't goop it on, it doesn't make my hair look greasy at all.

This is the best thing for my colored treated longer hair. I just use a little bit, rub it between my hands and apply to the strands of my hair (not bangs) It smells great and makes my hair healthy & shiny. I need this one everyday

I tried the original Dirt and found that for my long wavy hair, this product is much more effective. I apply to damp hair and blowdry until my hair is about 3/4 dry. I then use Jonathan product Volumizing Anti-Frizz serum and I have soft, shiny, blonde waves in a relatively short amount of time.
