I can keep track of my steps all day and also my aerobic steps. I love how it downloads on my PC and keeps track of my progress. It helps me see what I have done and lets me know when I am improving so it challenges me to do as well if not better each day.

A friend first bought this for me as a gift--I love it (and rely on it) so much that I've now lost it and replaced twice! It has several pros, including the small size and weight, amount of information tracked, ability to save data for several weeks, and computer interactivity. It also comes with a secondary "security" clip that is great for keeping it fastened to clothes in case the main clip gets knocked off; fortunately, that doesn't happen to me very often because I've broken the secondary clip on both of my first 2 pedometers--it's a very lightweight plastic. It would be great if Omron would sell those little clips or include extras in the package. I find it motivates me to walk more or longer just so I can get more steps or get "aerobic credit". All-in-all, great product and value.

I use my pedometer all day to count and achieve my goal of 10,000 steps per day to help with my weight loss . I find the arerobic steps feature helpful as I have arithic knees and use a stationary bike as a means of exercise. I have lost 51 Lbs since 4/1/09 when I was diagnose with type II diabetes. The ability to transfer the results to the computer helps me furnish information on my progress to Doctors when discussing my diabetes.

I clip this to my waistband in the morning so when I get home at night I know how much walking I need to do to keep on track for my weight loss program. It's easy to set up initially, and the pedometer function resets itself every day, so there is nothing to do but clip it on. I haven't used any of the other functions. This is by far the best pedeometer I have over purchased.

I'm a member of WeightWatchers. The omron pedometer is my prefered brand!..This is my second omron first was a HJ-112 Still have that one and after a year still works great! But I wanted the pc version Model HJ7201TC and it hasn't disappointed me either! It's a little smaller even! I have only been using it for two days and haven't downloaded any info yet but I'm sure it will not be a problem! OH! The safey strap is a must if you are clipping on the waist! That was the reason I bought my first Omron and the second Omron reason was not just because of that but for all the pros!!
