It feels great without a burn and its cool they got the vitamins in there seems like it'd be good for the skin. Unfortuantely for me I still need to use a benzoyle peroxide gel along with these pads but this combo gives me great skin.

I love these! The perfect balance-- not too little salicylic acid (0.5%) and not too much (2%)-- just a happy medium- 1%! And I do love that there are vitamins in here so my face doesn't feel "heavily medicated" as one reviewer put it. If you do your research- Vitamin A helps control oil, Vitamin C helps prevent wrinkles, and Vitamin E is soothing, and of course salicylic acid fights acne! I use these every night before bed after using cleansing wipes to get off all my makeup. Staple in my bathroom!

Stridex works great! These pads are only 1% salicylic acid, but they work wonders on treating AND preventing acne blemishes. I like these essential care pads better than the stronger medication ones because they have all the vitamins and nutrients that leave my skin feeling healthy rather than super medicated. Highly recommended!

These pads work great. I usually wash my face with soap in the morning and then use one of the pads in afternoon or evening. I like how my skin tingles after I use the pad because I can tell it is working. I like to use them before bed. They don't dry my skin as much as other products and really seem to help clean my acne. Also, since they no longer have alcohol in them (they used to) if you use them on "open" acne sores or zits you have popped, it doesn't burn or hurt. Note: I am a guy and when I use then and haven't shaven, it is kind of uncomfortable. I think they work best on clean-shaven skin.

repeat with a clean pad as necessary to remove remaining traces of dirt
because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two to three times daily as needed or as directed by a doctor
if bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day
do not leave pad on skin for an extended period of time
keep away from eyes, lips and other mucous membranes
