Comments about Medline Bariatric Quad Cane, 1 ea: I had been using an aluminum cane, so was not prepared for the weight of this. It is noticeably heavier, which took some getting used to. It definitely feels very sturdy. My biggest problem with this is that when I am not using it, it seems to tip over easily. Not sure why this is, but the slightest touch sends it to the floor. Other than that, am pleased wtih product, just need to adjust to the heaviness of it! Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend (1 of 1 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Comments about Medline Bariatric Quad Cane, 1 ea: I found this cane to be very hard to adjust to. I expected to feel safer when using it but instead, I felt very unsafe - so much so that I ended up ordering the same thing but with a single point. It is rather heavy for anyone that doesn't have a lot of strength but it definitely sustains a heavy weight if needed. LOVE my single point. Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend (1 of 1 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Comments about Medline Bariatric Quad Cane, 1 ea: This cane has a 500 lbs weight capacity and is so much more sturdy than those I used in therapy I feel much safer. It uses the smaller 4 leg base (thought I was ordering large), but makes up for it ruggedness. Can't beat the price[...]... I recommend highly.
