It hurts. A lot. But it's worth it. Australian advertising claims that this prevents colds. I believe it to be true. When the product first came out I researched it because it was hard to find advertising past the initial burst. Now it has become impossible to find in stores. I did not have a single cold this winter until the one that took me by surprise when I was out of this product. It definitely makes your nose run a great deal when you apply it, but it lasts for 12 hours, dries things up, and I truly believe it lessens or prevents long-term cold symptoms.

This stuff works. If you are feeling like you might be getting a sinus headache or allergies, have it on hand, and it really can fend off or at least mitigate the effects. The big plus is you can take it in the morning without the "where am I" feeling that most effective products give. The only negative...I literally pumped the bottle for 5 - 6 minutes straight before I got enough pressure to spray. I almost sent it back, but just figured I had a horrible sinus headache, it was all I had in the house, and I had to to something.

I started getting a cold Sunday morning, and bought this product Monday afternoon and started using it. It made me sneeze (which helped in a round-about way) and it burned the back of my throat terribly. But, that said, it worked. It really held up to the 12 hour claim and helped me start feeling better sooner. (It's Tuesday now and I'm feeling MUCH better). I'd highly recommend it, if you can put up with the burning and such. Just keep the tissues handy. Hope you feel better!!

Adults and children 6 years and older (with adult supervision):

Remove protective cap.
Hold bottle with thumb at base and nozzle between fingers.
Before using the first time, prime the pump by firmly depressing several times.
Insert nozzle into nostril. Without tilting your head, fully depress rim with a firm, even 2-3 sprays in each nostril.
Do not use more often than every 10 to 12 hours.
Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours.

Under 6 yrs: ask a doctor.
