I have moderate acne and I was hoping a simple cleanser like this would help because I was tried of all the chemically face washes I had been using. It made my skin great at first. The first week or two, my red marks went away, my face was less greasy, I had a glow going on. Then it got bad again. I think it actually brought out more redness. And I'm very fair skinned so it stood out alot. To it's credit though, this face wash defintiely took off make up and made my skn feel super clean. It didn't dry my skin out and it smells great. Unfortunately, I think I need those extra chemcals to help fight acne.

I always use Basis to clean my face. It has always worked better than anything I have tried and is the best value. Beats more expensive facial cleansers by far. I recommend it to anyone no matter their skin types, I have to be very careful what I use on my face and I have used Basis for several years. It is a terrific product.

This has been the best face wash I've tried for gently removing make-up. Some products leave an oily residue, or are too harsh for my skin. This is mild, yet effective. It used to be available in stores everywhere, but this is the only place I've found in lately. Thanks drugstore for providing such a great product.

Love Basis and have used it for years but have a difficult time finding Basis in the surrounding area so was overjoyed to find it on Drugstore.com! It makes my skin feel really clean and fresh, just like the scent! I use it morning and night..it really takes the make up off! Purchased enough for my adult daughters for their Christmas stockings, they also love it!

I needed a new face wash because my Clinique 3 step was empty. I couldn't afford to buy another one because it's punching a hole through my pocket. Therefore, I saw this product, read the reviews and decided to try it out. It left my skin feeling clean and soft. I love it!

My husband has been a fan of Basis for a long time. It used to be available to us locally but we haven't been able to find it. I just happened to be poking around on Drugstore.com and found it. This is a really good cleanser. It doesn't have the additional junk you find in most commercial cleansers. Works great for all skin types without drying or causing excess oil production. This is a great product! You won't regret it if you try it. We were trying other cleansers during the time that we couldn't find it and none of the other products worked like Basis works.

This is by far the "best" cleanser I have ever used!! Refreshing, gentle and my skin glistens. It never dries out my skin. I would not bother with the high end products from the department stores and prefer this to the cleansers from the dermatologist...I've tried them all. Never stop selling this. Great for any age skin. Two thumbs up!!!!!
