I have been using this product for more than eight years. It is the only product that does not dry my skin. It totally removes my makeup and leaves my skin fresh and clean. I love that it contains natural ingredients (rosemary, lemongrass, aloe)which are rarely found in other products. I was frantic when I could no longer find it in my drug store or at Wal-Mart. This is the only cleaner that my sensitive skin can handle. When I couldn't find it locally I called the company to find out how I could continue to get it and they recommended drugstore.com and I've been buying from them ever since.

This is a great cleanser not only for me but my boyfriend ADORES it. I think he was more upset when we weren't able to find it locally. Does take off make up well and I love the scent. For 5 bucks it is worth it to try something new - you'll be hooked!

I have been using basis Cleaner Clean face wash since I was a sophomore in high school (almost 10 years now)! Its so sensitive and gentle on my skin, it takes off all my makeup, and wont over dry or irritate my skin. Ive tried every other face wash out there and basis is it for me!! I have the most acne prone skin (anything triggers a brake out) and basis is the only one that works with it and helps to calm my skin. I hope it's around forever.

I have very oily, acne prone skin. This cleanser smells nice, and seems to take off oil and make up. But it can leave my skin dry and flaky (thanks to the sodium laureth sulfate). I have found that the absolute best cleanser ever for my skin is Desert Essence Tea Tree with Awapuhi-it doesn't smell as good, but cleanses thoroughly without drying.

Basis cleanser works effictively at removing makeup but the scent is too strong and also leaves my complexion very red. No new breakouts, but I have gone back to Alpha Hydrox Nourishing cleanser, which is scent free and also soap free.
