Interesting that the product will hold up to 650lbs and yet it has a standard round seat. Usually big/heavy folks need the larger elongated seat but this has just a standard seat and I was disappointed. I actually purchased an elongated wooden seat and attached so it would work for my father. Otherwise a sturdy well made frame at a good price.

This product is perfect just as described.
However I am VERY Disappointed that no effort was made to ship the box discretely. At first the package was mis-addressed even though my address in the system is correct and I had to contact UPS to fix the problem.
When the huge box arrived on my door step it came proudly bearing BARIATRIC COMODE all over it! So the item for what it is is a 5* however the service for this item is closer to a 2-3*
