I use this product all over and I have dry skin and eczema. I think the light fragrance is pleasant. I use the cream also and am extremely satisfied. Products are a bit pricey but necessary.

Why, oh, why did Drugstore.com discontinue Cuticura soap?? This Cetaphil stuff is hard to rinse off, leaves your skin feeling not "soft", but oily. Has actually worsened my particular skin situation. I also "melts" fast and does not last long compared to others I have tried. Maybe OK for others, not for our family though. Two thumbs down.

For years I used the Cuticura antibacterial bar soap, which had no fragrance whatsoever (at least none that *I could detect). Now it's been discontinued, and the Cetaphil is the only "gentle" bar soap I can find that is also antibacterial. Actually, I don't know enough about chemistry to know whether Triclosan (the active ingredient) is actually an effective antibacterial or not. This has a "masking fragrance," which I can tolerate, but would prefer to do without. My husband has even more sensitive skin than I do, and he was SURE that the Cetaphil antibacterial soap was making his winter itch worse - so he's back to using fragrance-free Dove. I use this for bathing and hand-washing, but also use a lot of moisturizer. I can't use most of the liquid hand-washing soaps at all, especially the ones in public restrooms (I carry a little plastic bottle of fragrance-free body wash in my purse, along with a small tube of fragrance-free hand cream).

I love this soap, but wish they would make a fragrance-free version. It is a stronge scent to my nose, but my cats are overwhelmed by the smell. When I use it they avoid me like the plague! Other than that, it is great.
