These two products are greatly needed in my case ever since I was about 14 YOA and had used my dad's scrubbing back brush. That's when I became riddled with his skin condition. My mom sent me down to 5-corners drug store and the owner suggested I use Cuticura Med Soap. It really worked great, but it took some time (months) to fully remove the bacteria. Even so, I would need it again and again to keep the infection from returning. Thereafter, I have used this fine product most of the time ever since 1957.

ALSO, I must comment on CUTICURA MEDICATED OINTMENT. I always get chapped lips every year in the Fall and Winter. I started using Cuticura's Medicated Ointment around 1957 or 1958 as well. It is truly amazing as to how fast it works--all within minutes. I have even used it on dry, white skin patches with good results! I have tried other ointments, but NOTHING works as well as Cuticura Medicated Ointment. And no, I don't work for Cuticura or get payed for saying this!! It really is an excellent product. And I must say "Thanks" to DRUGSTORE.com for supplying Cuticura to us for a reasonable price. Again, Thank you!

Have been using this soap since I was a pre-teen. I wash my face every morning and have never had a problem with acne. 1 or 2 pimples/blackheads as a teen but that's it.
Highly recommend this soap.

Wash affected area...like a cut on toe. Let it dry then put bandage. The medicated soap works very well.

Here is the deal.

I have read some reviews here and see they are mixed.
Let me explain something to you,... If you suffer from ACNE this will absolutely make it worse at first and it will dry your skin our at first.
This is for a few weeks.

It MUST do this because it will PH balance your skin.
Once it does it will absolutely clear your face up and you will realize without it you will break out worse.

This was the ONLY way to cure my issues and I learned about it from a friend who uses it and we continued using it into adulthood.

This is the best thing going in Soap.

I am allergic to antiperspirant-deordorants so I need a good anti-bacterial soap. Curatura works great, lathers up and smells like Aramis.

I have had clear skin for most of my life until I started getting adult acne. I just happen to come across this product and I been using Cuticura since 2012. Best kept secret! Shh…I tried allot of products with no success expensive professional products combined with antibiotics. This product reduces severe breakouts you just have to use it. I noticed a different in less than 2 weeks. The most complaints I notice from other reviewers is that your skin is dry. Well with the proper toner and moisturizer regiment this product works great. I use this in the morning, after a workout and in the evening before I go to bed.

This is a very effective bath soap to dry body and face acne. This soap did not dry the skin in autumn, therefore did not need a lot of lotion for the autumn.

I use Cuticura Soap every morning and evening.
It makes my skin feel clean and fresh. I have been using Cuticura Soap since my teen years, and my skin is clear and always looks good.

I broke out with the worst rashes I have never had before in my life and this product worked on them in the best way. I actually used this product growing up as a kid and nothing else can stand up to this not even prescribed med. I went to 3 derm docs and this by far worked way more effectively. BTW I don't use this product on my face cause I have sensitive face skin. I think this can be a little harsh for facial skin but for the whole body it does what it has to do since it's antibacterial. I use all the Cuticura products like the lotion and the medicated ointment for outbreaks. I have a draw of prescribed ointments which will be history. and this stuff is affordable.
