I have sciatica, so I'm constantly experiencing lower back pain when I have a flare-up. This has been amazing to have on my seat in the car. It didn't work as well for me when I tried to use it with my chair at work (a little too soft), but with a sturdier desk chair things might be different. Either way, highly recommended for car use!

This is a great lumbar support. They provide lumbar supports at work but they are nothing like this one. The memory cushion supports my back in extreme comfort. I love it so much I am ordering another one on payday.
