Ingredients: a hypertonic solution of deionized water, sodium chloride (2.65%), potassium phosphate/sodium hydroxide buffer (to prevent nasal irritation), dissodium EDTA, and benzalkonium chloride.

I have terrible allergies and a cat that sheds a lot so I am one of those people who has a box of tissues in every room and in the car. I was hoping for something comparable to afrin or those other nasal sprays, but this is more comparable to a neti pot. When I use it as instructed, it goes directly down my throat and then drips out my nose for awhile. Basically this is only good if you are too lazy to neti pot but want a similar saline effect.
My doctor strongly advised me to stop using products like Afrin and other nasal sprays. I find that regular saline sprays don't help enough. This spray does help me without being addictive. I have seasonal allergies and this product provides relief and is safe.
Have been trying to find a replacement for "Entsol" which has been unavailable. It has 50% Entsol's effectiveness. Sodium content not high enough ~~ should be 3%. Only then will it be real hypertonic and one can truely enjoy nasal congestion relief.
It's a great product. 2 or 3 sprays open a blocked nostril and the effects last a long time. No nasty aftertaste, no burning. The only minor flaw is their directions say to rinse the nozzle with hot water after use which simply isn't practical in many instances. I wipe it off with a clean tissue instead.
Cap band with imprint: "Sealed For Your Protection." Use only if intact.
Hold upright and squeeze twice in each nostril. Use 2-3 times daily as needed, or as recommended by your doctor. Take care not to aspirate nasal contents back into bottle.
If spray tip touches nose, rinse with hot water before replacing cap.
