I liked the standard Bed Buddy I'd used for awhile, and I thought this one might stay on my neck better. It did, but it didn't get nearly as warm with three minutes in the microwave. So, I tried bumping it up to four minutes (admittedly more than the directions recommended), and for awhile, this worked great. I started noticing some brown spots on it after a few uses, and I wasn't sure why. Unfortunately, I didn't figure it out until one day a big mass of charred rice came bubbling out of it. The kitchen smelled for hours, and the wrap was now useless. I'm going back to the other kind.

I use this each night to help relieve painful chronic neck pain and any other time I need a little dose of relief. The warmth is soothing at nighttime.

I've been recovering from bugling discs in my neck and resulting muscle spasms. This works better than a heating pad. It was recommended to me by my physical therapist. I use this one and a smaller one a few times a week as needed. Love the product, highly recommend. It gives off a warm, moist heat. I use this product to sooth my sore next at night. I warm up my bed, then put around my neck to relax muscle spasms and soreness. I warm in microwave for 2 minutes which stays warm until I fall asleep.

Very disappointed that this product was advertised as the original, which it is not. This is shorter and has a seam sewn down the middle that make it less comfortable. Also has less filling and doesn't retain as much heat.

My shoulder has been hurting a lot lately. This helps a lot with pain during the day. Doesn't smell bad, but not good either. It's a little heavy, but I'm able to wear it around the house for pain relief. I only use it for heat therapy, not for cold.

We bought the Back Wrap Bed Buddy and the Body Wrap. Since we had an old Back Wrap that worked great we thought these two Wraps would be wonderful. We tried the Back wrap and it hardly got warm in the prescribed heating time. We decided to return both items. We did not use the Body Wrap because the Back Wrap was so ineffective. Really this is a review of the Back Wrap rather than the Body Wrap which we never opened.

This is not as large as the picture shows. doesn't drape over the shoulder points, doesn't extend down the back as far, nor up the neck. Not suitable for emergency, as it doesn't chill enough

I love the way it feels..the heat is absolutely wonderful and I'd rate it 5 stars, but I've had 2 of them develop holes in the microwave and had to be thrown out. I heat it for 2 minutes which is more than the recommendation, but it works great for 6 months and then all of a sudden it develops a hole and the pellets come out and it's useless and has to be thrown out.
