The smell is okay (not as great as other reviewers seem to think). It is a nice lightweight hairspray. Unfortunately, I need a bit more hold that this offers. For those looking for lightweight, this is perfect for you.

This is the best workig hairspray I have ever used. You spritz it on and can scrunch, twist, style your hair the way you like. It gives a nautural, light hold -- nothing that is going to last through windstorms. It give a nice sheen to hair, and has a light, pleasant fragrance. I bought the travel size first, and loved it so much, I splurged for the [$] big boy. Another plus -- NO BUILDUP, like you get with other sprays.If you want more hold, you can style with this, and then spray a firmer hold spray (like Frieda Frizz Ease).

I have short, very fine, exceptionally thin, straight hair. Finding a product that doesn't leave my hair sticky and weighed down is a problem, since I still need a product to give my hair some lift and volume. This is great! I use it before blowdrying and after as well. Good styling tool.

This is probably the best "light" hair spray I have ever used. It is light, workable, and leaves hair with a light glossy sheen. It gives a light hold that is natural looking. For a firmer hold, or if I want to scrunch my hair, I start with this product, then lightly spritz "John Frieda Frizz-Ease Moisture Barrier Hairspray, Firm-Hold". Hair Caviar hair spray has a soft, pleasant scent. It is not overpowering, nor does it linger on your hair. The small 1.5 oz can is great for travel. The price is high, but a little goes a long way --- the product will last a while,

I love this hairspray, I bought the smaller can of it to try it and I love it. It gives great shine and hold. I love the caviar shampoo and conditioner as well, a lot of shine and vibrance. Expensive but worth it. I had my mother and my husband try them and they liked it as well and noticed the difference.

I have aging hair, but with this hairspray, my stylist was able to create miracles: glossy, controlled, silky flowing hair! Unfortunately, her shop isn't carrying it anymore, so she's no longer using it. Now I'm buying some, and will attempt the glory myself! This stuff is magic!

To hold: Spray on to wet hair and shape with fingers, use with or without heat.
To smooth: Spray on to wet hair and smooth with brush while applying heat.
To finish: Spray evenly over hair after styling. Reapply for maximum hold.
