The first bottles were nicely flavored with cinnamon and this one is very bitter and has too much cinnamon flavor.

This is great! Flax is totally nasty and this totally masks the taste and if you like the taste of cinnamon (not the hot kind) its wonderful. Chase it with OJ and its fine.

I thought with the cinnamon flavor I could incorporate it into my morning routine; like brush my teeth, have a tablespoon of flax, then gargle. Cinnamony & all, but seriously, YUCK. I just don't think there's any way to make flax oil taste good.

1-2 Tbsp. daily. Can be taken straight, mixed with yogurt, cottage cheese, oatmeal or blended beverages and protein drinks. Refrigerate. Shake well.
