Truely does help with healing and fading sunspots or red spots from a pimple. And the price is fantastic! There are so many uses.

When one of my favorite brands of eye makeup removers added chamomile (which is supposed to be soothing but is in the ragweed family and I'm allergic to ragweed)....I scrambled to find something that would work for eye makeup remover that wasn't expensive...This is it!!! Cooling, inexpensive and works! (I don't use waterproof mascara, just regular)

Great sunburn healer & No green dye to stain clothes

I read all the comments and decided to try this as a hair gel. It didn't work for my hair, it dried it out and left a residue. I used it after my son got a sunburn on vaction, it soothed his face and promoted healing. For me it worked on a curling iron burn on my ear. I will use it as a first aid product, but it didn't wow me like it did for some of the other reviewers.

I bought this to use in case of sunburn when my family went to FL in July--it works great for that. It has a wonderful cooling feeling and as an added bonus, there is no dye and all natural ingredients. Not all aloe gels contain aloe vera (most have aloe extract and non-aloe ingredients and are dyed bright green). My mother recently got a burn when cooking; she used this and it heeled in one day. No one in my family had any allergy issues with this product, and we all have sensitive skin, so it passed the test.

I have used aloe vera as an after shower moisturizer for 20+ years. In my opinion there is nothing better. It is natural, not greasy and essentially disappears minutes after application leaving skin moisturized. I wish drugstore.com carried the larger sizes.

For its stated use, it's perfect. But it's also a great moisturizer - and has worked better than anything else I've tried for a small patch of eczema on my face if used twice a day. I have tried using it as my facial moisturizer, and it works fine - but like someone else, I get that tight "coated" feeling afterwards, but have not had the flakes they refer to. NOTE: THIS IS THE SAME EFFECT YOU WILL GET IF YOU CUT OPEN AN ALOE LEAF AND SPREAD THE GEL DIRECTLY OUT OF THE PLANT. Overall this is a GREAT product and is much easier than maintaining my huge aloe plants. I'd need to grow a lot more of them to use it 2-3 times a day as I do this. I still Band-Aid the leaf directly to a burn or cut for first aid use instead of using this since it does have some chemicals in it.

It's cheap, but it works well as a moisturizer. I use it on my face and it works great. Other products make me break out in acne, but not this one.
