A month later and winter is starting....I use this with the foaming facewash. It helps with breakouts, fine lines, dull ton, uneven tone. I have early 30 something skin that can go dull and HAD fine lines on my forhead. Somtimes I could see lines on the eyesocket bone (also gone). My mouth area just looked dull and uneven (thats gone too). With winter air I am going to need a 2nd moisturizer. But I love this stuff. The bottle is not even 1/2 gone on two people using it. I apply it 1-2 times a day. I can't get over how much more even my skin tone is. Give it a month to really see results. I apply it with a tissue as the lotion can make your finger tips peel and foam sponges smell odd like it melts the sponge. It seems to help with breakouts too from getting that dead layer of skin off. My neck also had lessening of lines and full appearance. Great stuff.

This product is very over rated. At first it made me break out, but I decided to stick with it. NO further problems after that first week. Two months later my skin really looks no different. It has helped to soften my dry patches somewhat but nothing to cheer about. Also it does not absorb very well so a little goes a long way.

In addition to all the hype from Oprah and amongst many books written by dermatologist, this not only works for "anti-aging" but in my opinion is great for acne. Physical scrubs were the worst for my acne because it would scratch pimples and the bacteria would spread from the manual scrubbing. Chemical scrubs are where it's at for acne prone skin! I use this only at night and I still get great results. It has helped in less flaking of the skin and prevent acne! Plus, it's so cheap! Put it on right after the shower! Add moisturizer if needed.

I use this product with the Obagi system, in place of their Exfoderm. Does exactly the same thing at a fraction of the price. All the alphahydrox products are very good. I've used them for years. I'm 56, with good skin that's part hereditary, part good skin care. I credit Obagi and the alpha hydrox products for most of that;. I also like this product on my legs in the winter, in ADDITION to moisturizer. Keeps the flakiness away and is economical enough to use for this purpose.
