It is the best hand cream I have every used for dry hands during the winter. It is the only hand cream that prevents the skin from cracking around my fingernails.

I've been using Amlactin Moisturizing Cream for 15 years to control keratosis pilaris (those little red bumps) on my upper arms. It leaves my skin smooth and soft. It's also free of fragrance or botanicals to which I'm allergic. There's a lotion version as well, but I find the cream more effective.

Amlactin was recommended by my podiatrist for use on my dry heels. It has really helped and I have no more painful cracks. I also find it useful to use on my cuticles and hands. It has improved some small brown spots that were forming on my hands. I will continue using Amlactin because it is the best product of this type I've ever tried!

I use this product on my handicap husband, especially his legs.

I have sensitive skin as well as the usual bumps and dry patches - had tried another cream-lotion that was even more money that promised to show improvement in skin - after faithfully applying the pricey cream, I finally learned that not all skin types react to the active ingredients in the other cream - and it was suggested I try the Amlactin - so glad I did - I see an improvement in my skin texture and hope never to be without this again!

I have used AmLactin literally for years...and will continue using! It always helps with my dry, diabetic skin. Helps keep me moisturized and rids my skin of those nasty little bumps. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for a cure for the keratosis pilaris on my upper arms for over 10 years. I have gone to dermatologists and spent a lot of money over these years trying different creams. I had resigned to wearing sleeves, but living in FL this was not easy. I had some improvement just after a couple of weeks of 2 times daily use, but after about 30 days the bumps and most of the redness was gone. I used it in the AM after showering and then at night before bed. You only need a small amount. I now use it only after showering. I also like to use it on my feet and cuticles. I hope it's always on the market or I do not know what I will do!

Amazing stuff....I work outside in Nevada's heat (100+ most days) and dryness handling heavy loads of up to 12,000lbs per day using my hands and not able to use gloves. Needless to say i have many dry cracked areas on my hands that fill with dirt that simply cannot be washed off. I assumed it was something i would have to live with. I saw the reviews on this product and altho i have tried many inexpensive and expensive products, i decided to try it. I really liked the way it went on and my hands seemed to improve in just one day. Then was the big surprise, after only 3 days of use not only were my sores and cracks healed, but the dirt that seemingly would not go away, was gone. I would highly recommend this cream to anyone, simple moisturizing to extreme dry cracked skin. ordering 4 more tubes today.

After using this cream twice a day for a month the Keratosis Pilaris on the back of my thighs has significantly cleared up. It doesn't absorb as quickly as most lotions. I didn't notice any smell. It's a great moisturizer and the fact that it cleared up my Keratosis Pilaris makes this cream worth every penny!
