When I got pregnant, my acne only worsened and it's just not known whether salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide are safe. So...I was desperate and asked a friend what she used - she recommended Belli and I couldn't have more excited - it's great stuff - as with most acne products, please give it a chance to work - takes about 2 weeks to truly see improvement, but once you do, it's long-lasting. I've actually had LESS acne than non-pregnancy while using Belli. Enjoy!

I have always struggled with acne but had it under control with few breakouts prior to pregnancy with the help of prescription meds Duac and Differin. When I became pregnant, my face went haywire! It was 100x worse than it had ever been, even as a teenager, with large, bright red cystic acne and probably hundreds of small, hard bumps. GROSS! I went to the derm and they prescribed Oxistat (for the small bumps - they diagnosed those as yeast believe it or not!) and Finacea for the acne. I religiously used this for several weeks with absolutely NO improvement. Finally, I decided to take matters in my own hands and give this a try. I'm so glad I did. I will say, like a few other reviewers, that it hasn't totally cleared my skin - like I said, it was in pretty bad shape - but it has definitly turned a corner and I can see much improvement. I use this morning and night along with a witch hazel toner and Lerosett Moisture Matte face lotion (I tried their acne clay mask and it helped a little, but not like Belli). This combination is slowly getting me to a clearer face. I will say that the product's website says you can also use this as a mask on your face for 5 minutes....I don't really understand this statement. The consistency is like a shampoo-type liquid so it doesn't feel like a mask at all. But overall, very good product. I'd give it 5 stars if my face had totally cleared - that would be asking for a miracle though! Give it a try and don't wait too long like I did and suffer with embarrasing face days where you don't want to leave the house...pregnancy is a time to flaunt your beautiful baby bump - not hide because of your broken out face!

So glad I ran across this product, have had problem breakout areas (menopausal acne) and this stuff did the trick for me, back, bottom, and pesky lower face & chin area..... I.don't use it everyday, probably 2-3 tiimes a week & it is fine as far as non-drying my middle age skin....not just for the pregnant girls, this stuff can perhaps nudge those stubborn breakouts out of your life. Pricey yes, but I don't need to use much to get the benefits. I lather up and let it sit for a minute or so...give it a try if you have " hormonal " skin issues.

I am pregnant and was worried about using other anti-acne products during pregnancy, so I found this. I am very pleased with how it works. I don't normally have bad acne, but I do break out with one or two huge pimples about once a month. this has put an end to that! I like it so much I plan to continue using it even after the baby is born.

I had acne before I was pregnant, so I was really worried when I got pregnant and discovered that I could no longer use my regular acne products. However, I discovered this facial wash, and my skin has never looked better. My baby is 5 months old now and I'm still using this wash. My skin looks better now than before I got pregnant!

Since I became pregnant my back acne has come back with a vengeance. I used to keep it in check with preventive /healing acne products but had to stop using them because they all contained salicylic acid (not to be used during pregnancy). Then I found out about the Belli acne wash on a pregnancy forum so decided to try it. My acne is not fully gone, but my skin looks much better and is breaking out a lot less. I will definitely repurchase!

I am newly pregnant and was looking for something that's okay to use on my face. I will continue to use this after my pregnancy, as has cleared up my skin in just 2 weeks. I don't love the smell, but the product is wonderful. Throw away all your other stuff, and use this!

I love this product! I didn't start using it until my third trimester. I wish I had known about it earlier. I had lots of pregnancy related acne that drove me crazy. Once I started using this I had almost no more outbreaks. If I did get a pimple, it would be a single small one without redness. I use it every night. The tube lasts a long time, nearly 11 months!! The smell is nice and washes very cleanly. It isn't super sudsy but that's ok since I don't care much for tons of bubbles. I plan to continue using this product because my skin looks great and is so effective. I didn't get the same results with my pricier glycolic face wash. After weaning by baby, my face still looked fresh and blemish free despite the hormonal changes and hair falling out. I can't say enough good things about this product.

Definetly helped to start controlling my breakouts. Seems to be very helpful in taking redness away and i dont get an oily t-zone almost all day long.overall, good product, safe to use which was the biggest perk for me, but still needed to use something to finish clearing my skin.i use this at night and a different brand to exfoliate every morning.my skin seems to need both.
