I have been using Dermalogoica Microfoliant for three years and I can't live without it. I had horrible adult acne in my 20's and it wasn't until I went to a medical spa that offered Dermalogica facials that my skin started to clear up.
I use this in combination with Dermalogica's Medibac skin wash and Active Moist. But what is most important is that once every few weeks I perform a peel of 25% lactic acid on my skin. This is the key to clear skin - exfoliation. But I couldn't handle harsh scrubs and micro-exfoliation only made my sensitive skin worse. Gentle lactic acid peels were my solution. You have to super moisturize the skin after every peel and don't dare use warm water or any other exfoliant for 48 hours afterwards. But once the skin starts to flake off to reveal new skin (about day 3), use Dermalogica's Microexfoliant to help speed up the process (so you don't have to endure the next couple of days with flaky skin). It's super gentle on my post-peel skin and so long as I use cool water, I don't get red or irritated.

I use this every morning after my cleanser and it keeps my skin fresh and vibrant, plus the consistent exfoliation helps a lot with congestion. Just dump a little of the powder out onto wet hands, rub together and scrub-a-dub-dub! Even leave on for an extra minute or two for extra exfoliation. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! Effective and gentle! It's great!

This is hands down the absolute best exfoliant product available. It completely smoothes the texture of your skin without scratching or irritating. The product is gentle and leaves skin toned and complexion clear and bright. Everyone interested in the health and beauty of their skin needs to try this. Cost is a bit high but the container lasts for months as you use only a small amount.

I used this product previously, but ran out and was unable to find the product locally. Meanwhile my skin became dull and flaky, now after using this product for a few times my skin is back feeling smooth not flaky, looking moist not dry and luminous not dull.

I use this every day in the shower. Just be sure you don't get water inside the container! Love this stuff. It exfoliates gently & leaves skin smooth and bright. I haven't found another product like it. I've recommended to many friends and they love it too.

I was given a sample of this product at my last facial and I noticed such a difference not only in my skin texture but also the effectiveness of my moisturizer that I had to buy it. I use it about 3 times a week. It dispenses the proper amount easily into the palm and you add a drop or 2 of water depending how wet your hand and face are already. I have sensitive skin and it doesn't redden me at all, nor does it dry me out. I do recommend this and I believe the bottle will last a very long time so it is a value in the end.

I have sensitive skin and a bit of Rosacea but this product is gentle enough for me to use 2-3 times per week. I learned from an estitician that because of the enzymes in this product, it is beneficial to leave it on your face for two minutes after gently applying it. Don't use pressure when applying it, let the grains do the work. It's worth the extra money, plus this product lasts a long time.

I wash my face every night with DDF Salicylic. In the morning I use the Microfoliant. I've noticed a significant difference in my facial tone & texture. I don't have the little bumps & it makes my face feel so smooth after using it! It is a lil bit pricey but worth every penny!

I had multiple pimples - blackheads but mostly cysts - coming up as usual around my stress areas (chin and cheeks). I tried many things over the years and found that the scary abrasives like Proactiv or exfoliating cremes didn't work or created a need for themselves.
Got a facial with an incredible aesthetician in DC and she explained the problem and FIXED it!
Oil, dirt, stress, create the perfect storm. The solution is this microfoliant, used in combination with a glycolic acid facewash and night cream. I've recommended it to many friends-- all of whom now trust it to keep them clear. It also serves to sustain the results of a glycolic peel or microderm abrasion treatment. I can't get facials where I live now, but this combination of this (3x per week) and glycolics keeps me clear. It's amazing stuff. BUY it so it stays on the market!!!! .... and so you your face will shine too.
