I've tried almost every bath body oil out there, including Neutrogena, Johnson's baby, Booth's, etc. While I thought Booth's was the best, after trying Aveeno, I now have a new go-to shower oil. It's light but keeps me moisturized all day/night and doesn't leave a sticky residue in the shower like Booth's. The scent is very light and disappears after a few seconds.

This is an amazing product! I have used it for several years. It is something you will either love or hate. I have shared it with many people and have found this to be the case. I LOVE it because it eliminates the dry itchy skin I experience every winter. It is MUCH easier, quicker and less messy than applying lotion all over. It does leave a bit of a residue in the shower, but I just think how much my feet are benefitting by being moisturized too! I am very sensitive to fragrances. This one does NOT bother me at all. It has a slight almond with a hint of petroleum odor but I think that is WAY BETTER than a perfumy smell.

This is the only oil that I can use that works. It also does not feel oily or leave the tub or shower slippery.

Harsh NJ Winters are a killer on my skin and ever since I started using this Aveeno oil in the shower my skin does not drive me crazy all day. It takes a few extra minutes to apply and rinse off, but is well worth it for hours of relief!

I use many Aveeno products and thought this might be a great addition. Not only did this not moisturize in the shower at all, it also left a TON of greasy residue in the bathtub. I tried a little bit on my face after cleansing in the shower and it BURNED. I had to rinse it off right away. If you have sensitive skin, this might be trouble for you, and if your skin is EXTRA dry, it won't do much either. Just use the lotion and you will be fine!

We bought this primarily for my 8yo who has had problems with eczema for years. She has a constant hive-like rash that fluctuates in severity. And we live in the desert so that doesn't help. We've tried all kind of lotions, soaps, etc for her skin. This one works! It has stopped the incessant itching, tamed the hives and helped soothe her dry skin. We've used it for the whole family and it works quite well as a general moisturizer. I like that you can apply it in the shower and simply rinse it off (it does rinse easily). My only complaint is that it has a strange, almost rancid odor when rinsing. Right out of the bottle it has a faint almond smell, sweet and pleasant enough. But when you lather it onto the skin and then rinse it smells bad. My kids independently complained that it stinks too. Don't know if we got an old bottle or it's always this way. The smell doesn't really seem to linger on the skin so just hold your nose and rinse :} We'll likely keep using it because of the benefits until we find something that doesn't stink. It also forms a film in the bathtub. And I wouldn't recommend it for faces or people who have problems with acne as mineral oil clogs pores.

I'm deployed to a dry environment and my skin has taken a beating. No matter how much lotion I would put on my skin would become flaky within an hour or so. When I do have the time to slather this on in the shower, my skin feels so soft and moisturized afterward. I love it's scent of almond and oatmeal - it's very calming. This morning I was in such a hurry that I ran out without putting on lotion on my arms. My arms were bare and when I realized this I examined my arms to see how bad the damage was. To my delight, my arms looked fine even without the lotion. My only disappointment with this product is it's consistancy. It's liquid and you have to practice some care while in the shower or it will run right out of your hands and into the drain. I wish there was a slightly thicker formula to remedy this.

It's a great moisturizer that's easy absorbs quickly and smells really good. The bottle says to rinse after applying but I don't --I have dry skin and I like the extra protection.

My husband gets terrible excema on his legs in the winter and Aveeno bath and shower oil is the only thing that will keep it at bay. He takes a hot bath and then applies it to his skin and stays excema free all winter. I also applied some to my daughter's diaper rash and she found it very soothing. This is much better than ordinary bath oil!

This is a small bottle of product. The oil degrades bath bubbles into grainly froth that leave a film. Scent is VERY subtle -- not enough for my liking.
