This really works well. It perks me up faster and more effectively than coffee, without making me jittery. I use it on mornings that I have to get up earlier than usual, as well as on evenings (like New Year's!) that I have to stay up later. It does not seem to be habit-forming. I will go weeks without using it, and then use it a few days in a row without any problems.

This is great for someone like me who finds it hard to sit still long enough to complete a task. I am able to stay focused. I don't use it to stay awake and have never experienced a problem sleeping. Some days I might only take a half for an afternoon of chores or studying. If I have a day off I'll take one in the morning to be sure I get my to-do list done and don't goof off.
