Used this product when driving through hazardous conditions during a midnight trip back from vacation. First Experience: I was a bit tired and decided that i would let the girlfriend sleep for the 2 hour drive back. After the first 30 minutes i noticed i was starting to tire and took a 5 hour energy shot. Being an avid coffee drinker (8 cups a day on average) and drinking energy drinks frequently for work (swing shift) i expected it to have the usual effects, which is, needless to say, very little noticeable improvement. About five minutes after taking the shot i started to feel, well, focused. Not hyper, not jittery, not the usual Caffeine fix, but FOCUSED. This was strange to me but it helped on the three and a half hour drive home (took extra time to get home because of road conditions). --- If you are looking for a FOCUSING boost rather than the caffeine jitters or sense of tension that you normally get, than this is for you!

I use this product in place of coffee in the afternoon on those days when I need the extra energy. It's works quickly and there is no crash afterward like there is with other energy supplements. It's easy to take and the orange and citrus flavor tasts ok.

I take timed release pain medication for a failed back surgery and it makes me sleepy. This stuff gets rid of the cobwebs quickly and I find that it lasts a lot longer than 5 hours. I just wish the sweetener they use didn't taste so nasty... But, the aftertaste doesn't last long and it REALLY works. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
