Bad skin made worse.

I don't wear a lot of makeup, but I had to use a ton of this cleanser to get my face clean, and even then, it didn't feel clean. I thought it would help my sensitive skin w/ it's breakouts, but it ended up exacerbating my condition.

I just use it with a dry face and then rinsed it with water. I used it after a rather serious allergy irritated by another brand of cosmetics, and I think this cleanser helped my skin to recover to some extent because of its gentleness.

My skin is never irritated, dry or flaky after I use this cleanser. I also don't feel that my skin is tight. The only problem is that I have to use two applications to get my skin clear of makeup. It is worth it to me though because I don't have to worry about the problems with my skin.

I have very dry sensitive & oily skin all at the same time. Most products make me break out, but Avene is a life saver! No break outs to date. I use this cleanser twice a day, and lightly rinse it off with water using cotton round pads. Due to mobility issues, I have trouble bending over a sink for a long time so this cleanser is a god-send. It's one of the only cleansers I've found that don't trigger break outs. Removes dirt very well. I am using the cleanser with Avene's cream for intolerant skin, love the combo. My skin has never looked better (even tone), or felt softer :)

Won't use anything else!

I've been using this gentle cleanser for a few years now and when it was no longer available locally, I searched online for it - it's that good! It is light, cleans well and leaves skin soft but not greasy. I won't use anything else!

At present, I have very sensitive skin from an allergic reaction to a detergent, so my skin is intolerant to anything now. But when I used this cleaning product, my face felt so good. It did not burn, tingle or become red. I recommend this product so highly to anyone who has become allergic to a product. I have now gotten over this allergy, but I still need help from sensitive products.

I have Rosacea and this product was reccomended by my Dermatologist for my extremely sensitive skin. I use it twice a day. It's great. It dosen't prevent breakouts, but it cleanses without drying. If you have Rosacea give it a try.

I am a Avene fan all the time. My skin is dry and sensitive. And all cleaning products I have ever used before seems irritating to me. This clean gel is gentle and soothing, and make my skin smooth. But the cleanness is not so good. I will choose this product again even so.

I have found that the biggest improvement against my struggle with eczema has been the elimination of detergents from my life. And it has the added benefit of getting me out of the duty of washing dishes! The Aveene cleansing products have helped tremendously in this regard. It's hard to generate much of a later using the Aveene bodyway but a scrungy sponge helps. I have finally gotten past the lame psychology that lather equals cleanliness. The product also has a clean but quiet scent, which helps.
