This is a nice first step for makeup removal. I wouldn't recommend using this as your sole cleansing product, but it works as advertised and I really like how my skin feels after using this.

This product is great for removing makeup. It is very gentle and has a very very light pleasant fragrance. You don't need a lot to get the makeup off, and though it can be used on the entire face, I really like to remove mascara without having to rub the eyes very hard. I have been following it up with a facial cleanser.

Since I moved to America from Japan, I had been looking for a make-up remover something like Japanese stuff. So I'd been used from fancy brand to budget items. Then I found this Make-up Remover few months ago. It worked great, improved my skin texture (you'd notice it feels different next morning), wasn't greasy at all (so that did not make pores bigger), smells very good. The Only Bad thing about this remover is its size and the price. Every time I use this remover I feel like I have to be careful when I pour over the cotton. I really don't mind buying fancy brand stuff if it's worth it. but that doesn't mean I don't care about how much I need to use per one time to remove make-up. The Bottle was smaller than I thought for this price, even if I compared this to other fancy brand.

It takes about 6 cotton pads to remove all my foundation, powder, blush, etc but this works well in place of washing my face with water and cleanser. I feel like I use more of this than cleanser, so it might not last as long as a cleanser.

I completely recommend this product and any Avene Sensitive Skin line product. All products are completely gentle, non-irritating but cleanse and soothe the skin. I suffer from extremely reactive/sensitive skin and see my dermatologist every 6 months-who has told me Avene is a great line for those with sensitive skin, and based on experience with their line, I 100% agree. It cleanses, moisturizes and soothes without causing irritation or break-outs. Worth the money! Just wish more stores sold it!

This product removes waterproof mascara and makeup without leaving my skin oily or dry. I used whatever brand of facial wipes to clean and remove makeup in the past and afterwards my skin would be irritated and red. Not with this stuff. Very soothing and smells great.

I like this lotion cleanser, won't irritate your skin and very moisturizing. The only thins is that I couldn't tell if it cleans out all of your makeup. I usually use this cleanser and then use traditional pond's cold cream to wipe out the make up and then wash with a thrid form of cleanser.
