This very expensive product would be perfect for me except that it causes breakouts (zits.) It's labelled non-comedogonic (won't clog pores) but, in fact, it does, at least for me and I have really dry skin. So, I alternate it with Neutrogena's Oil Free Moisture for Sensitive Skin. Much cheaper and non-zit causing.
I kept having acne problem when using other brands in the past few months. Avene spring water and Light Hydrating saved my skin. I like the simple ingredients. They are not too much. So don't count on it to get shining skin. But it is definitely my first choice when my skin have problem.
I have dry, sensitive, acne-prone skin. I have come back to this moisturizer again and again. Every now and then I try some other cheaper drugstore brand, but my face starts breaking out. As soon as I switch back to Avene, my face is happy again! It is definitely on the pricey side, but the small tube lasts a long time because you only need to apply a tiny amount. I love this moisturizer!

I really love the texture. It is light but can moisturize my skin. The best part is it leaves a smooth feeling after overnight sleep. I've tried a lot of gel-cream products for combination-normal skin. Except this, the only product I like is Channel Hydramax gel-cream, the smell is a little bit strong though and much pricy than this one. And they are quite same, except the texture.
Originally bought in Italy by my 16 year old daughter as she left her moisturizer at home. She loved it as it was very light yet still moisturizes well.
I am now on my 3rd purchase of this product! I will continue to order these products forever. Very hard to find REALLY good sensitive skin products that sooth AND heal. A+++++++++

This creamy moisturizer is light and absorbs quickly. It is also one of the only moisturizers that doesn't leave my skin looking a little blotchy and or reddened after I apply it. Extremely gentle.
