This one is okay for me. I just use it again and again because I'm an Avene user. My skin is highly sensitive and dry, so I cannot use anything else but Avene. For this purpose, this handcream does its role perfectly. It has no scent; not greasy at all; kinda thick, but absorbs very quickly.

I wanted to love it. (I love Avene's sunscreen.) It has a slight odor that I associate with lanolin. I was looking for a completely unscented, fragrance-free hand cream. I do a lot of cooking and I wash my hands constantly. I don't want to transfer any odor to my food--and I don't want to wear a fragrance that's not from my perfume. Drugstore.com sells a much cheaper handcream that is genuinely fragrance free and much cheaper. I'm sure I can't give the brand name in this review, but if you search for "unscented hand cream" by price, it's 3.99 for 1.7 oz.

Had never really thought of buying just a "hand" moisturizer before, but loving the Avene brand so much thought I would try it . Mainly because of dry cuticles. Well, it took care of that problem, and no more little wintry cracks between fingers either! So, would I say buy a lotion for just the "hands"? YES!

I am the type of person that washes my hands after putting lotion on my legs because I hate for my hands to feel greasy. But during the winter my hands get so dry that I MUST put lotion on them. This is one of only two hand cremes that I will use and this one is my favorite!!! The smell is subtle but delightful. I am obsessed with this creme, I have it all over the house! It is definitely worth the cost.
