I have dermatitis that never goes away. The best thing to do is keep it well moisturized. I have used eucerin, and various others touted as the best. Nothing has worked for me as well as this cream. It feels really nice going on, takes it a while to sink in, but so worth it. It has no irritating scents or ingredients. I swear by this stuff. I use it on my 5 year old daughter when she gets excema patches, works like a charm!

My daughter has a skin condition called ichthyosis and she has been using Cetaphil her whole life. It is safe enough to use from head to toe and helps to keep her skin from getting too dry and cracking. This is a wonderful product!

Use it the minute I stop drying from the shower. It saves my skin from the burning and itching of dry skin. I have tried many others lotions and creams, but after one or two uses I always go back to Cetaphil CREAM.

My mom who is 80 used it and it started smoothing out her wrinkles and lifting her eyelids, and when i used it i noticed the same things. Has anyone else noticae difference in their wrinkles.

I never tried the old formula but dont care cuz the instant i used it on my hands and arms it stung and caused red hives. Besides that it felt very drying rather than moisturizing.

I don't understand all the comments out there about the changed formula. Cetaphil is still 20x better than the next best drugstore body moisturizer out there. They're still fragrance free with the mild almond scent. It still feels moisturizing hours after you've put it on, unlike some brands where the product dries and you feel dry. I've been using this product for years now, and I used to work in the cosmetics industry in product development. They might've tweaked the formulation, but I still have to say it's a great product, especially for the price! (Sorry, I can't say the same for the not-so-pretty new packaging...)

I never used the older version and dont care but this product isn't good for sensitive or dry skin. I acquired a small sample and tried it on only my left hand and arm and the results were a disaster. It was drying I mean the opposite of moisturizing. It burned, stung, itched and caused red welts all over. I washed and reapplied with the same results.

One of the things I would take to a deserted island. I use it as an after shave cream and have not found anything to beat it.

I'm with the users who are upset regarding the change in this product. It is much "greasier" than it used to be and I'm guessing it is because of the increased petrolatum. Please, please change it back!

This is the best non-irritating moisturizer I've been able to find for all types of dry skin. The smell is mildly unpleasant, as it smells like chemicals, but the performance of the cream makes it worth it. What I absolutely love is that it has the texture of a thick, oil-based cream, but with a water-based feel that allows the formula to actually soak into the skin, as opposed to oilier products.
