I'm so sad they changed this wonderful product! I use to LOVE THIS!! It was so gentle I even put it on my lips as a moisturizer. I hope Cetaphil realizes this mistake and brings back the original. I like the original label too. I'm so very disappointed.

What a terrific Product. This was recommended by my dermatologist. I have heard of this product through friends, but had never tried. I can't believe it took me that long!! It is truly worth all the fuss.

I can't say enough positive things about this product. Both my spouse and I use it, with very positive results. I dumped the expensive face creams and have been using this product solely. My skin is great! My spouse has dry skin dermatitis (also known as contact dermatitis) and finds this product keeps the breakout at bay without having to use cortisone. I have skin sensitivities, as well, and can use this product anywhere on my body without allergic reactions. I've recommended it to my sister and to my daughter for her children. I prefer the cream over the lotion, however, for greater long-term protection.

I am so, so utterly disappointed. I have used this product forever. I have contacted Cetaphil several times and they keep telling me the product hasn't changed. I've asked them to physically look at the old "tubs" versus the new "tubs". It shows petrolatum as the 4th and now it's the 2nd ingredient. It reflects this on the labeling, but not on their advertising. If their rep's say they haven't changed the formula, I'm wondering if someone just didn't mess up. I just want my moisturizing cream back.

The company needs to go back to the old formula. If its not broke, dont fix it. I'll probably start using Aveeno. I have used Cetaphil for many years but people are not longer telling me how soft my skin is. I'm very disappointed.

I like the new formula actually. My last 2 jars of the older formula actually smelled kind funny and were different than I was used to. Well, I don't know if that was the old formula or not, but the jar was the older one. I was not impressed with those 2 jars and I have been using this cream forever! But, my first jar of the newer one has been great and like what I am used to.

My rating is for the revised product. The original product would receive a 5 plus easily. But as another reviewer noticed, Cetaphil changed formula without warning. I wrote to them too. It smells unappealing. It doesn't go on as nicely. It feels ever so slightly gummy instead of silky. Overall, a huge failure. I pray they go back to the former (perfect) formula which kept my eczema and other skin conditions away. I don't believe this one will be nearly as beneficial. Very disappointing.

THEY CHANGED THE FORMULA!!! The new cream smells odd and doesn't work half as well!! Cetaphil, are you crazy? Bring back the original cream! I've already written the company and I urge others to do so as well.

Having lived with atopic dermatitis since I was a baby (I'm in my mid-20s now), I have always been on the lookout for fragrance-free and dye-free products that won't aggravate my dry, sensitive skin. My various dermatologists throughout the years have recommended Cetaphil products and I am happy to say that this moisturizing cream has helped me a lot. It's very light and not at all greasy. It is ideal for use in the spring and summer; I've found that in the fall and winter, I need to switch to a heavier moisturizer like Aquaphor due to the dryness of those seasons.

About a year back, I had very scaly dry skin on my back, legs and hips. I started using this product on a whim and it's worked wonders for my skin. My skin feels soft and smooth now. The cream is very heavy for my face and leaves it looking oily so I prefer not using it on my face. Otherwise, I use it for my whole body right after a warm shower. One jar lasts a little over two months for me. Highly recommended.
