I have dry, sensitive facial skin, and this the only moisturizer I completely trust. My dermatologist recommended it. It's very rich (probably too rich for some people, and too heavy/greasy to use on my whole body in the summer) but never causes breakouts or irritation. It would be nice if it were more eco-friendly (it's basically an all-synthetic petroleum-based product), but it really does work wonderfully.

My 4 month old daughter has severe dry skin (eczema). This is the only product that gives her some relief. I am using this along with the Gentle Skin Cleanser. What lifesavers.

This makes a really great night cream. It is heavy and does leave my skin a little greasy, but at night that is fine. I like the large quantity for the price. I do not have to worry about having enough for my face and neck. I really like the fact that this is unscented.

Excellent moisturizer. Doesn't clog pores, and seems to actually liquify the pore oil if that's possible. A little greasy for under makeup, but no more so than some of those rich department store brands. Doesn't irritate eyes, and you can use it all over and mix with scented lotions. Great all-purpose moisturizer that works better than anything I've tried, and I've tried A LOT. Divvy it up into smaller containers to prevent contamination.

I have been using this product for a couple of years now, and it is the best! When I began Accutane therapy a couple of years ago, my dermatologist suggested using this cream to cope with the extreme dryness that Accutane creates. I also have sensitive skin that reacts to anything and everything. But this cream is a miracle cream and is perfect for the face, eyes and general body use as it soothes and softens extreme dryness. It's worth the additional cost.

I have dry, sensitive facial skin that is prone to breakouts from dryness that causes my skin not to slough off evenly, causing clogged pores combined with mild hormonal breakouts. Usually, fragrance-free, thick, creamy facial moisturizers work best for me because they moisturize to the maximum and provide a layer of protection to my skin from things that come in contact with it and inevitably irritate it. This one, as a facial moisturizer, misses the mark because it gets into the broken areas of my irritated skin and stings and irritates it more. This made the irritation and breakouts considerably worse than before using it.
