When my acne treatment dried out my skin and my regular acne regimen's moisturizer just didn't cut it, I gave this a try. It feels kind of greasy and doesn't absorb quickly, but it did get rid of my dry flaky skin in just one application. I think I'll save this for when my skin is REALLY dry, because I don't like the way it feels.

Finally a moisturizer that isn't really expensive but works. I often have dry skin and currently have dry arms from sunburn, and this worked wonders on them. Unlike other lotions that seem to wear off quickly, this lasts.

I was surprised to read that so many people use this as a facial moisturizer, because I use it as a body lotion! I live in the dry desert of southern California and it takes a heck of an emollient to keep my skin from feeling tight and looking flaky...this one is IT! I simply cannot live without it.

Overall, Cetaphil needs more than 5 stars, because it works wonders against combination skin types. Just after using it for two days, my skin became softer, more radiant! My suggestion to anyone with combination skin tones- use this product...also try the lotion!

This is the best! I use Retin-A and my skin was very dry, with peeling and itching. This is the only moisturizer that worked for me.

This is by far the best facial moisturizer out there. I have such sensitive skin that anything sets it off, making it break out or flake and peel. Cetaphil balances it out, and is very soothing. I've used it for years now and won't use anything else!

Wow! This stuff is so great. I bought some hesitantly, because even though I am acne-prone (anything with oil will break me out), my skin was incredibly dry and cracked after using Retin-A Micro at night (which I have to use to keep from breaking out). I was using Purpose Oil-Free (which is great, by the way, but only in the summer when the air is not so dry), but it wasn't keeping my skin from having horrible dry patches and wanting to scratch my face silly. I bought this because I knew it was mild and it said non-comedogenic, and so far, so good. It hasn't broken me out and my skin is nice and moist all day long. It feels a little oily when you put it on, but if you're like me, your skin will soak it right up. I think I've found the answer for an acre-prone, Retin-A Micro person like me: Purpose in the summer and spring, Cetaphil in the winter.

I have been a big fan of Cetaphil products since high school. My dermatologist at the time recommended the cleanser, and I also started using the lotion when Cetaphil introduced it. The lotion is great - not greasy or sticky, absorbs well, and is a wonderful moisturizer for your face as well as the rest of your body! I use it daily - right after showering.

I use this lotion on my face whenever I have flaky skin. It works a lot better than any other expensive brand. I usually put this on after I put on my night cream. Also it never breaks me out; it's great for sensitive skin. I would buy it over and over again.

Recommended by my 3-year-old's allergist for his eczema, this lotion has been great for his skin. It doesn't sting the skin like some other lotions. We like it because it's a nice light lotion that absorbs and works really well. It's not thick, creamy, or greasy like other lotions (Keri) and it works better. There's no scent to it either, which is nice. We've used many others, Keri, Lubriderm, Aveeno, Curiel, Eucerin, Nivia, Vaseline; this lotion is much better than any of those.
