I have combination skin and this works so much better than the harsher washes like neutrogena. My overall skin appearance has improved.

I USE THIS CLEANSER EVERY DAY AND EVERY EVENING BEFORE GOING TO BED. THE SUGGESTIONS ON THE BOTTLE SAYS YOU CAN USE IT WITH OR WITHOUT WATER AND EVENTHOUGH I HAVE USED IT BOTH WAYS, I PREFER APPLYING ON MY DRY FACE AND THEN RINSING WITH WARM WATER AND IT'S SO SOOTHING ON THE SKIN. AFTER ALLOWING THE WATER TO EVAPORATE, MY SKIN IS SOOOO SOFT AND CLEAN. THE GREAT THINGS ABOUT IT IS IT'S FAIRLY INEXPENSIVE, EASY TO USE AND RINSE OFF, FRAGRANCE-FREE AND A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY. I HAVE USED MANY SKIN CARE PRODUCTS FROM VERY EXPENSIVE TO DEPARTMENT STORE TO DRUGSTORE AND EVERYTIME, I HAVE ALWAYS COME BACK TO CETAPHIL CLEANSER...IT SAVED MY SKIN FROM MANY "SKIN CARE HAZZARDS." I LOVE USING IT THE MOST BECAUSE I AM NOW USING RETIN A AGAIN AND IT WAS RECOMMENDED;BUT I'VE KNOWN ABOUT THIS LITTLE CLEANSER BEFORE THE PACKAGING CHANGED COLORS.

Best cleanser I've ever used and I've tried a lot. If you have super sensitive combination skin this is the stuff you want. I have bad acne too and if I use it on a daily basis my acne gets less red and irritating. I wouldn't recommend the lotion, but definitely the cleanser. Being fragrance free is really nice for people with allergies like me!

Quite possibly the worst product I've ever used on my face. Didnt even come close to cleaning my skin and I don't even wear makeup, just sunscreen. Left it a gooey mess, feeling coated and dry. What is all the raving about??

Love this product. It doesn't dry your skin out, is gentle, cleanses beautifully, fabulously priced, and comes in this perfect travel size. I love this cleanser.

I really like this product; mostly for washing my hands, which I have to do a lot because of my profession. I also like to take a bath with it because even if I dont get it all rinsed off its ok! Not itchy and no fragrance is another plus!! Thank you very much to the makers of Cetaphil!!!

Cetaphil is a GREAT facial cleanser and also a makeup remover! I used when I was at a friends house and I wanted to wash my face. It worked so well! It made my skin so clean and tingly!!! The only thing is there are so many kinds I just dont know which to buy thats the only down side to it.

I like this product. Perfect for the price as well. I found out to clean properly when wearing makeup use it generously. As it is good price, it won't be hard to use more of it. For even cleaner, can wash the second time with only a little amount. And the skin will glow.

This is a good cleanser to use if you have dry, sensitive, or normal skin. Actually, I have a very oily nose, and my chin can be too, and this works pretty well for me. But I'm not sure if it would work well for people with very oily and acne-prone skin all over. Because this is a very basic and gentle cleanser I can see why it wouldn't remove makeup well. So if you wear makeup daily, I suggest you try something else. Other than that I recommend this if you have any of the skin types I mentioned at the top of my review.

This product claims to be a gentle cleanser, and admittedly it is very gentle, but as far as it's cleansing abilities go I found it lacking. I don't expect all cleansers to be able to take off all types of make-up, especially thick oil-based make-ups, but I wear only mineral make-up (which for those that are unfamiliar with mineral make-up is nothing more than glorified loose powder) and it wouldn't even take that off. Call me a skeptic, but if it cant take off powder why would I expect it to effectively take off dirt and oil? I have very sensitive skin, but I personally rather my skin be slightly irritated for 5 minutes after cleansing than not really clean to begin with.
