Cetaphil is ideal. Unfortunately some of us dread when we have to wash our faces. It's as if you're trying to calm a storm. Cetaphil should be a staple for everyone, I can't ever say enough about it. Wish I could give it 10 stars!

Great for dry skin...this is an excellent cleanser and a great buy. The large bottle will last forever. Plus, it will not dry out very dry skin, and leaves your skin feeling great.

This is by far the best cleanser I have ever used and trust me, I have basically tried them all! I have read some comments saying that this cleanser didn't remove make-up, but I didn't find this the case at all. It has been the most effective cleanser in removing ALL my make-up including eye make-up by using it without water and gently wiping it off with cotton wool or cotton wool pads/wipes. Even on days that I don't wear make-up, when I cleanse my face this way I can see the dirt (and any dry skin) that it has removed from my face on the cotton pad which assures me that it is doing it's job. It is so gentle and effective and also so cheap, I don't think I will ever use anything else. I cannot recommend this cleanser enough to anyone using the clear skin regimen.

This is a wonderful cleanser for anyone, not just those with sensitive skin. Even though it doesn't foam (which is a good thing), it's still effective and leaves skin feeling clean. This is by far the best product I have come across...I only wish I had started using it sooner.

I bought this product because my dermatologist gave me erythromycin and told me to buy Cetaphil because of the drying. You can put the product on as a thin layer for the rest of the day or wash it off. I have sensitive skin so I thought it would be the best product for me; it's good, but too gentle for me and I'd rather use it as moisturizer because it works better that way for me.

I have eczema on my face and very dry skin. I was trying several other products for "sensitive skin", but my doctor said with my eczema they were actually still too harsh. She recommended Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. Not only does it not dry out my skin like other cleansers, but with regular use, I see a huge improvement with my face and the eczema seems greatly reduced (less redness and less patchy dry skin). I love this product and recommend it to anyone with very sensitive skin.

Very, very mild product and good to use for daily cleaning -- ONLY if you don't wear makeup. If you do, you should use a make up remover like Pond's cold cream first, and then follow with Cetaphil.

My skin is super sensitive. I've tried every product that said they works great for sensitive skin but end up with red blotchy face. I gave Cetaphil a try and it turned out great. Not only the price is reasonable, it worked out great for my super sensitive skin. I'm sticking to Cetaphil forever.

I think this cleanser is VERY over-rated. It doesn't remove makeup well and it actually stung my face a little (I was quite surprised since it's supposed to be for sensitive skin). I had to stop using it after about 3 tries.

This product is ok...I have acne prone skin that can get dry sometimes, and I read that a gentle cleanser like this is good for people with acne. However, without a washcloth (which is too harsh to use over my acne) it didn't remove all of my foundation or oil and as a result I started breaking out. It is a great eye makeup remover, so if you're looking for a cheap alternative to eye makeup remover, this is it.
