This is a great product! I have really sensitive skin and it doesn't make me break out. One of the best products out there! It's a little expensive, but it's worth it. A little goes a long way for this product.

I have rosacea and this is the only cleanser that doesn't make me itchy. Great stuff! Leaves your skin super soft. Also, if you wear makeup, try this cleanser with a soft cloth and GENTLY scrub in circles. This gets my makeup off everytime and also gets rid of the flakes.

This product does not feel like it is cleaning the skin at all! I don't understand why dermatologists recommend this product for people with sensitive skin because this product is equivalent to just splashing your face with water! I have sensitive skin, and I have finally found a product that I can rely on to effectively clean my skin- Olay Gentle Foaming Face Wash for Sensitive Skin.

People say Cetaphil doesn't wash off clean and leaves your face feeling grimy. That's why I distrusted it for years, even at friends' recommendations. But I have seen the light!!! If you have dry, sensitive skin and problems with acne, I really recommend this. I use it with Neutrogena's overnight "Clear Pore" treatment and a moisturizer and it has helped to clear my acne up like nothing else. It may not work for some people, but if you have tried a lot of other things and nothing else is working for you (like it was for me) I say try this and see. It leaves your skin much softer than with other "mild" cleansers recommended for people with acne, and because it doesn't strip all the moisture off your face, your skin can handle your acne medicine without any painful peeling and cracking. Cetaphil may not give you that "squeaky clean" feeling you've gotten used to, but sometimes "squeaky clean" can be really irritating to your face.

This product is a staple in my bathroom - it keeps my skin in balance, and I am very satisfied. However, I find that if I do get the occasional blemish or breakout, it does little to correct the problem.

Great if you like to clean your face with something equivalent to body lotion. I have normal to dry skin and decided to try Cetaphil. Bad mistake. I was more than fair in trying it for a week and a half. It didn't rinse very well and gave me an awful breakout. Beware!

A lot of people I know recommended this for acne care, so I tried it--and I wish I hadn't. It feels sort of grimy and doesn't wash away. I gave it two stars instead of just one. However--when I had a mild eye infection, this was the only thing that could clean and NOT irritate the area. For the other 99% of the time, though, steer clear of this. It doesn't rinse clean.

This is truly a great cleanser. I recommend this cleanser because it is gentle to the skin, does not use too many ingredients that may irritate the skin, and is fragrance free and soap free. I would have given it five stars, however, this cleanser is not for people with acne problems as it is too mild. It is good for normal, dry, and sensitive types. Acne skin may want to use a gel cleanser instead.

I have been using this product for ten years, and I don't know how I survived before without it!!! I really cannot say enough excellent things about this product. This product is a lifesaver, especially in the winter. Even though I have oily skin, the harsh weather really takes a toll on it, and Cetaphil always cleans my skin so gently and thoroughly without ever leaving it dry or chapped. It is the perfect consistency, isn't runny, and it can also double as a moisturizer in a pinch and a makeup remover. I do find I switch over to the other Cetaphil cleanser for normal to oily skin in the summer.

I have sensitive and oily skin. I've tried everything! I've ordered expensive products that were a total waste of my time and money. Cetaphil leaves my skin feeling clean! Other products irritated my skin. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
