Works well on my heavy days for overnight protection. Recommended to my daughter who likes them as well. Very comfortable compared to maxi-pads that are bulky and seem way to thick.

Long pad that works well overnight. I've been having heavier periods since the birth of my child and found that I needed more protection than before. These pads work well, very absorbant overnight with a longer shape that protects pajamas and sheets.

I didn't think these were anything more than hugely oversized pantyliners. No more protection, no longer lasting, than that. And they ARE huge, going up to my tailbone in back and halfway to my belly button in front. Even as thin as they are, that shows through some of my clothes. I'm going to stay with a thicker pad that gives better protection and also shows less, than these crazy things.
To use: Remove pad from disposable wrapper, apply pad to underwear. To dispose: Remove pad from underwear, wrap in disposable wrapper, throw in trash. Do not throw out pad in toilet.
