This doesn't moisturize, it leaves skin slightly tacky, and it smells awful-- sort of a cloistering grandmotherish powdery sweet smell that doesn't fade. Plain cocoa butter works (and smells!) better.

I have used Corn Huskers since about the age of 13 for my hands. Since shaving has always left my skin very dry I decided to try it on my legs and found that it worked wonders! I would defiantly recommend this product and never is my cabinet without at least one bottle.

Corn Huskers lotion first came into my life when my husband husked corn from the field by hand. I am 82 years old. One of the amazing things about it is that it repels mosquitos or they simply do not smell flesh to feed on. It is gentler for my use than repoellent. I'm allergic to practically every known substance, but not to Corn Huskers. I have no fingerprints visible, so on reading about it bringing up the fingerprints for getting an adoption I did as suggested, and it was amazing, the print showed up.

I first heard about this product from my Grandmother, who was a quilter for a very long time. She always had a bottle next to the latest quilt she was making. She always said this was the only thing that healed her fingers. I recently starting to use this nightly when I noticed my skin was drying out and I was getting "old lady skin". I now put this lotion on nightly and my skin it looks 60% younger. I love this product, and will continue to use it forever.

This is a MUST for fingerprinting!!! I don't use it for regular lotion, as it's kind of odd (but ok). This was recommended to me by the FBI when my fingerprints were rejected (for an INTL adoption) due to not being readable. They suggested Corn Huskers Lotion. They told me to use it everyday... but NOT on the day of the fingerprinting. Then when you are at the fingerprinting location, start rubbing your fingertips up towards the tips to make them red before you go up. I did this & it worked! And followed the instructions for our 2nd adoption & had no problems that time! :)

I have used this product for 30 years. Ex cattleman, with rugh hands. It was great then, and now with dry cracking heels it is even better. Just apply to your feet, put on a pair of socks, and go. You will be amazed when you remove the socks. Your skin will be moisturized and fresh. Use this way every other day or so, no more cracked feet, and your hands will always be soft just from the application to your feet. -Happy in Houston Texas

Did not seem to moisturize my hands at all. It just formed a layer over the skin, and did not seem to penetrate. I will not buy it again.

My skin is so sensitive that when I shave my legs, any kind of lotion will give me a rash except Cornhuskers Lotion. It soothes and softens, and doesn't make my legs feel sticky under my clothes. I love it.

This is a strange product. I was looking for an oil-free hand lotion so I can use it overnight and not worry about smearing oil on my acne-prone face. It is fine in that regard. It's just not a great moisturizer, though. It does absorb very quickly. and your hands will feel very soft instantly, but it doesn't last. My skin is dry again in no time. I'm still keeping it around for daytime use, when I need to moisturize but I also need to use my hands and can't have them slippery.

I use this on my face as an overnight treatment on my oily skin. If you use harsh acne treatments, microdermabrasion, astringents, exfoliate, or alpha hydrox, do so and then apply a thin layer of this on top. You will wake up to silky skin that is smooth and not oily. Should not be used during the day, because it does not soak in and will peel off. Hope this saves some of you the embarassment it caused me when I arrived at work with hunks of this stuff peeling off.
