This is a good buy for the money, but the pills are very large, if you have problem taking pills. And they smell terrible. But if you can get beyond that, I recommend them.

I really do believe that taking this has helped me, but it also seems to destroy my breath. Bad breath has never been a problem, and I detect a fishy aftertaste/side effect on the days I take this.
