I have thinning hair due to iron deficiency and this product is the best. My hair looks full and makes the thin spots less noticable. It is expensive, but I have tried almost everything for volume and this is my favorite.

This is not worth the money and not typical of Alterna. It does an ok job, but it is not superior to Joico or Biolage, yet costs more. The smell is also atypical of shampoos. Clean, yes, but in a pachoulli Deep Woods Off kind of way. Maybe it is better for men.

As a person in the business for over 30 years, this is the absolute BEST volumizing product you can buy (along with the conditioner). It is pricey and does not come in a large bottle; however, a little goes a long way. We are used to oversaturating our hair with product when just a little bit does the job. Try a dime sized amount, wash twice. Use about the same amount of conditioner and distribute WELL throughout your hair. I have long hair (midway down my back) and that is enough for me. I've used Bumble & Bumble and while their product is excellent, this is even better. You won't regret purchasing this product!

The bottle cap needs improvement. The opening somehow lets shampoo leak out into the cap when you squeeze out the product. It then drips down the side of the bottle or into the cap.

I went to a salon that used this shampoo and I liked the way it made my hair look and feel. I do not like to spend a lot of time on my hair: wash and go is my style. This gives may hair luster. I use it along with the spray mousse and this adds volume to my hair. If you have not tried this, I think you'll like it.

I've heard about this product through a friend when I was complaining about my hair thinning and not growing. She explained her hair was the same and that she tried this shampoo and now her hair is growing like crazy. It's also shiny and beautiful. I bought it here and i LOVE it. After one shampoo I could tell that the volumizer was working well. For once in five years I went out without straightening my hair and felt confident. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's not a lot of shampoo for the amount of money, but it's worth it.
