Comments about Sudafed PE Children's, Non-Drowsy Nasal Decongestant, Raspberry, 4 fl oz:
This product is so hard to find in the stores where we live. I give it to my kids when they have stuffy noses. I don't want to give them the combo medicines that treat many different symptoms that they don't have. This does the trick for us.
Comments about Sudafed PE Children's, Non-Drowsy Nasal Decongestant, Raspberry, 4 fl oz:
I use this product to control the dosage -- the regular adult dose pill is too much but the children's dosage does the job, and I can take a little more or a little less as needed. Also like the liquid form, feel that it works faster.
Comments about Sudafed PE Children's, Non-Drowsy Nasal Decongestant, Raspberry, 4 fl oz:
Works great for my 3 yr old when he has a runny nose, especially at night.

Comments about Sudafed PE Children's, Non-Drowsy Nasal Decongestant, Raspberry, 4 fl oz:
I didn't realize that this formula was different until my 4 year old wouldn't sleep at night. Then I remembered seeing "PE" on the package. My son takes Zyrtec for his allergies and if he happens to have a stuffy nose I give him Sudafed along with his Zyrtec at night (the NORMAL pseudoephedrine remedied this). It took me 3 sleepless nights to realize that, although it did relieve his stuffy nose I really don't like this new formula. Although he might not have slept as well with a stuffy nose, at least he would've slept!

Comments about Sudafed PE Children's, Non-Drowsy Nasal Decongestant, Raspberry, 4 fl oz:
The active ingredient phenylephrine HCl did not relieve any nasal congestion in my family, whereas the old formula with pseudoephedrine HCL did. The one thing I did notice right away with the new formula was the hyperactivity (they might as well have eaten a supersized Hershey bar chasing it down with a Redbull). So save yourself the angst and ask for the real deal from the pharmacist.
