Thought this would be great because it says face and body. I've tried both after a cool shower (cool is better than hot for dry skin). On my face, I got instant improvement that lasted 24 hours before I saw cracking and flaking re-appearing. On my body, I saw very little instant improvement, and by the end of first day, itching, cracking and flaking reappeared as if I had applied nothing. I've read for dry skin, try to shower Infrequently because it worsens it. And to maintain a soft supple face between showers, this has to be applied to face every 24 hours. I don't bother with it on my body any more. For face alone though, this product is a GREAT value - I've paid much more for worse results on my face. DML Forte is the only product I have used that improves the way my hands look when I have a bad breakout. It also makes them feel so much better and helps the skin to heal. I would definately give it a try if you have painful chapped and cracked hands. The thing I love the most is no fragrance which can really irritate my skin.
