This hair dryer gets warm enough but the blower takes too long to dry your hair because it doesn't blow hard enough or have a low or high blowing option.

This is a superb hair dryer. I have used this exact hair dryer for over 8 years and, thankfully, Drugstore.com still carries it. I have long straight hair and it does a beautiful job each day of drying it. An important feature is that this dryer has a COOL setting, which is very rare on a hair dryer these days. This is important in a power outage, especially in hurricaine prone areas. We have battery boxes that store power, and this dryer can be plugged in on the cool setting, and you can then dry your hair. A dryer with only heat will max out the battery, and shut it down. Also, the dryer color is practically all white, as is the cord, so it blends in nicely with the bedroom. I highly recommend this dryer.

I bought 2 of these little dryers for my daughters. One has thick natural curly hair and is in college, my other daughter has straight, thinner hair and is in middle school. Even my 8 year old son likes this hair dryer with his short, natural curly hair. It dries quickly, we did not notice any frizz and even on the low setting has enough heat to quickly dry your hair regardless of hair type. I have long, thick, blonde hair and I dried my hair QUICK!

My old one recently broke after many years. I tried 2 or 3 different kinds not knowing conair still made this one. I took all of them back when I saw I could buy this one again. It is great for thick hair. It dries quickly. It is light weight. No frills, just a good dyer. If you want frills this dryer is not for you. It is not solidly built but my last one lasted quite a few years with use every day. If you want a basic dryer that is light and dries your hair fast, this one is for you, The price is great too.

I really like this dryer. It was inexpensive, but has all the features I like. It's powerful and gets nice and hot. It has a cool setting and I love how the switch is right on the handle and easily slides with the thumb so you don't have to fumble it to change temps! It's full size but not heavy!

Next time i think i will opt for a more expensive dryer rather than this. The handle gets ridicously hot and all the word printing rubs off super fast. Within a week of me owning this and handing it with regular use, pretty much all the writting is gone and i have to remember the heat setting by head.

I use this hair dryer every other day. It seems to be able to stand the usage and will last for years. I like the ease to hold it for drying - it has a quiet running/blowing capaity and would definitely recommend it to others.
