Five stars all the way. This is a spa treatment in intself. I go in a room and close my eyes and begin to massage my face all over. Its the best thing in the world after a full day. I don't want to talk on the phone, I don't want to watch tv. All I want is to have my few moments where I can shut out the world. This stuff is great. I just sent a box to my sister in Montana. I plan to send more out as gifts.

I received a sample of this product and after trying it for one time, I think it's somewhat better than other cleaning / towelette / make-up remover sheets because you only need to use one to remove all your make-up. I've used Shiseido's cleansing sheets and it smell great, but I usually end up using 2 since the sheets are kind of small. Also, it tends to make my face feel a little sticky afterwards. But Bvlgari's refreshing towels are not only larger, but it has a pleasant smell and is conveniently and individually wrapped for your travel convenience. I enjoyed my first time using this product so much, that I think I will try their other ones now.
