I think this is a huge waste of money. First, the balls. I don't understand the point. You insert them a couple inches in and are supposed to "hold" them there until they fall out to strengthen the muscles. Mine weren't going anywhere that is for sure. I don't know if they are too small or too light but no matter how "shallow" I went, those babies weren't moving and was totally pointless. Maybe my muscles are strong enough already...I don't know but it was a waste of time and money! As for the tightening cream, well, I guess if you like a yucky mess and can time your intimate moments down to the minute it is fine. You are supposed to use it AT LEAST a half an hour before intimacy but wait no more than 2 hours. So if you are absolutely sure of when IT is going to happen, maybe the yucky mess is worth it. I had no tightening sensation at all and apparently my husband didn't notice anything. Definitely won't be recommending this or purchasing it again.

I have tried the pk24 and this works much better! I love the way I can't wait until I can keep the balls inside.. However the gel that comes with is amazing. My hubby asked me what did I do different and I didn't tell him. Boy he couldn't even last longer than 1min. Usually he last for about 5min or so.. AMAZING.

I was pretty skeptical at first but I had a baby and my sex life was going down and ladies you know why! So I used the tightening gel which smells extremely bad in the bottle but it doesnt make that area smell bad so I was happy about that. Then I used the ben wa balls during the day and they fell out a few times but I finally was able to hold them in for good. Me and my husbands sexual downtime was about a month and a half because I wanted to make sure that i surprised him for when we finally did and I did and it was tighter then ever back to being virginal and It also helped me to obtain orgsm after orgsm!
