I liked Lac-Hydrin Five because it really softened my very dry skin. I used it both during the day and evening and I prefer to use it before going to bed. It's rather greasy and tends to leave an oily film on things I may touch after putting it on my hands. But it works great on my knees, elbows, and heels any time of day. I was able to notice an ammonia smell to this cream, which I didn't really like. However, the product does what it claims -- softens even your driest skin. I'm happy with its performance.

I really enjoyed this lotion. My skin is so dry from the winter weather that this lotion was a great relief. It did tingle when I first used it, because of the Alpha Hydroxy Acid in it, but it wasn't uncomfortable. It doesn't have a scent, which is great! It's not greasy like a lot of other lotions and it absorbed into my skin quickly. I usually have to apply lotion twice after a shower or bath, but with Lac-hydrin Five I didn't have to, and my skin was soft the next morning! Can't beat that! I'd recommend this to family and friends.
