I am a vegetarian, so it's very important that I get the vitamins I am missing from my diet. I found over the years that ANY vitamin in pill form makes me nauseous for several hours. When I took it before bed, the nausea would keep me awake all night. Finally I found a way to take my vitamins without the upset stomach! I won't lie, the smell and taste aren't good, but if you chase it with juice, it's really not that bad (I found the consistency didn't mix well WITH the juice, so I opted to use the juice as a chaser). The bad taste doesn't linger, and I really do feel more energized in a natural way, not a shaky "energy drink" way. Great buy!

I figured that this product would be easy to use because it being a liquid, and it had good reviews. I couldn't get past the fact that it smelled horribly like bad vitamins, looked like pond scum, and tasted disgusting.
I tried swallowing it, but it made me want to gag.
I guess if you can handle some nasty tasting food, then this would work wonders.

I shake the bottle very well, and cut a "V" opening inside this way each day I place my finger on the opening and shake and sip my dosage from here. Some may not like the taste, but to me I've gotten use to the flavor. This product does come in different flavors however I perfer the original

I bought this liquid because of the amount of vitamins it had in it but I could not finish the bottle. It had a bad taste to it that would give me an upset stomach afterward. I couldn't do it anymore and had to throw it away. I'm usually not very picky about the taste since it's difficult to find good tasting vitamins but this was the worse I've tried.
