this vitamin is amazing. it doesn't hurt my tummy, all other multi vitamins i've had do. it gives me an actual noticable energy boost. since i can't use caffiene, this is a very good thing! it also seems to speed my metabalism up. i take less than the recommended dosage(one pill before work, only on days that i work, which is about four nights a week or one pill before i go surfing) and i feel that is all i need. my boyfriend has the same problem of an upset stomach with multi vitamins, and i convinced him to try these, he loved them, too! love, love, love!

I can really tell a difference with these vitamins. The dosage is 3 per day and and I can tell a difference in my energy. I believe these work better than any vitamin I have tried before and there have been lots.
The only downside for me is they are the hardest pills to swallow I have ever had and I am on a lot of meds. Some of the other comments were surprising when they said "easy to swallow". They must soak this in goose grease or something LOL
Bottom line; if you want a vitamin that works......these do!!!

These are great vitamins. No aftertaste effect you get from most vitamins, as they are made from food. Great energy boost.

My girlfriend said I sounded like a advertisment when I was telling her about the vitamin, so I will tell everyone else. I have been taking this vitamin for 2 years and have never found anything like it. I used to drink 2 cups of coffee to get me going. Now I take 2 of these at nite and wake up before the alarm clock, and one in the morning to keep me going all day.
This vitamin is all natural and has one of the highest absorption rates -meaning more of the vitamins are in your system. Energy booster like nothing I have ever seen. I use a lot of supplements when I workout, and I workout a lot. This vitamins gives me all I need to stay healthy. Only thing missing are Omega-3 but if you eat healthy you will get those.

These are the best vitamins I have ever taken, nothing else even comes close. When I run out of them or don't take them for a few days, I can really feel the difference. Everyone I've given some to try loved them and now takes them. Well worth the money.
